NOM, National Organization for Marriage, has launched a Summer for Marriage 2010 Bus Tour. One of their bus stops is Saint Louis on August 5th, 6:00pm - 7:00pm. PROMO, Faith Aloud and Show Me No Hate have organized a rally against NOM.

Please go on August 5th and participate with ShowMeNoHate and peacefully counter NOM's Rally of Marriage Discrimination.

Note: Please do not engage the NOM staff, volunteers, or supporters. While we want to send a strong message, we also do not want to give NOM any potential issues that they can use to raise money from their base. Almost daily from other stops, NOM has sent out emails claiming a 'hate filled' response when they arrive in town. We must remember just your presence at this event will speak volumes to anyone watching the news that night. NOM's bus has only received small crowds of mostly their paid staff and volunteers. Counter actions have outnumbered them in every city.
