On November 15, 2008 we were a part of protests across this great country. These protests are necessary steps towards full equality under the law for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people. Having California voters decide who should have the right to marry is an outrage.
Missouri, like many states, has had our constitution amended to define marriage. We will never forget how it felt to have our love relationships up for a vote. Now we stand even stronger in 2008 against Prop 8.
Marriage equality in this country is long overdue. Our relationships matter. Discrimination anywhere affects all of us everywhere.
Stand with us.
Allies welcome.
